Fall Enrollment 2026-2027

With the school year flying by, we want to share our upcoming registration windows so you can plan ahead and mark your calendars.

Please note that registration will be open ONLY during the dates listed below for current students (TK-4^th Grade). There will be no registrations accepted outside of these windows. If you miss the registration period for Summer, we will not be accepting late registrations. For Fall, if you miss the deadline, you will be required to complete an interest application instead and will be in our lottery for available spots.

If you have a sibling you would like to register for ESS, you will need to put them on the interest list that opens on March 2^nd on our website at www.powayusd.com/ess

We will ONLY be accepting CURRENT ESS students (TK-4^th Grade) during the below windows for summer and fall.

Current 5^th Grade students can complete the summer and fall interest list for the middle school program (ASES) on the website at Before and After School Education & Safety (ASES) - Extended Student Services - Poway Unified School District starting March 2nd.

Space is limited for all breaks and summer programs. If you think you may need services, we strongly encourage you to register during the appropriate window to avoid missing out completely.

Upcoming Registration Dates:

• Fall 2026 Registration: March 2 – March 13
  (VERY IMPORTANT if you want to guarantee your current ESS students’ spot for the 2026–2027 school year)

*This registration is only for current ESS students (TK-4^th Grade Currently); no siblings or students that are not currently enrolled*

• Summer Registration: March 25 – March 31 *Once this registration closes you will not be able to register at a later date*

Summer Session Dates:

• Session 1 – June 15-July 1 (Closed June 19^th ) = $600 per child (unless ELOP qualified)
• Session 2 – July 6- July 17 = $500 per child (unless ELOP qualified)
• Session 3 – July 20-July 31 = $500 per child (unless ELOP qualified)

  Estimados padres y tutores:

  Con el año escolar pasando rápidamente, queremos compartir nuestras próximas fechas de inscripción para que puedan planificar con anticipación y marcarlas en su calendario.

  Tengan en cuenta que la inscripción estará ABIERTA ÚNICAMENTE durante las fechas indicadas a continuación para los estudiantes actuales (TK a 4.º grado). No se aceptarán inscripciones fuera de estos períodos. Si pierde el período de inscripción para el verano, no aceptaremos inscripciones tardías. Para el otoño, si pierde la fecha límite, deberá completar una solicitud de interés y su nombre será incluido en nuestra lotería para los espacios disponibles.

  Si tiene un hermano(a) que desea inscribir en ESS, deberá agregarlo(a) a la lista de interés que se abrirá el 2 de marzo en nuestro sitio web:

  Aceptaremos ÚNICAMENTE a los estudiantes ACTUALES de ESS (TK-4 grado) durante los siguientes períodos de inscripción para verano y otoño.

  Los estudiantes actuales de 5 grado pueden completar la lista de interés para verano y otoño del programa de escuela intermedia (ASES) en el sitio web Before and After School Education & Safety (ASES) - Extended Student Services - Poway Unified School District a partir del 2 de marzo.

  Esta inscripción es solo para estudiantes actuales de ESS (actualmente TK-4.º grado); no incluye hermanos ni estudiantes que no estén actualmente inscritos.

  • Inscripción de Verano: 25 de marzo – 31 de marzo
  Una vez que cierre esta inscripción, no podrá registrarse en una fecha posterior.

  Fechas de las sesiones de verano:

  • Sesión 1 – 15 de junio al 1 de julio (Cerrado el 19 de junio) = $600 por niño (a menos que califique para ELOP)
  • Sesión 2 – 6 de julio al 17 de julio = $500 por niño (a menos que califique para ELOP)
  • Sesión 3 – 20 de julio al 31 de julio = $500 por niño (a menos que califique para ELOP)
